About the Event

Lives and Times: Caribbeans in Alberta, exhibit runs 10am - 2pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during September 10th-30th; special events on Saturdays.

Includes: 1) Small exhibit of photo stories, costumes; video clips of Caribbeans in Alberta 

2) Sept 10- opening of Exhibit and cultural performers 

3) Sept. 17- 10:00am - 1:30pm Cooking Demo of Cariibean recipes and Tasting.

2:30pm- 5:00pm Book Club discussion of What storm, What Thunder 

4) Sept. 24 - Exhibit with Tea/coffee; Individual performers Starts at 5:00 p.m- Cultural show and a Retro fete- Tassa Drummers; Dancers; and family dance til 10:00pm
